About Meyer & Associates

Our business was built on the foundation of clients from the Monroe area when our office was established in 1973 by the Adrian firm of Gross and Ludwig.

In 1977, Ted Meyer moved his residence to Monroe, and he has worked with Monroe clients ever since. Ted has worked with various parties under the following firm names:

• Gross & Ludwig CPAs 1972-1985

• Gross, Roof & Meyer CPAs 1985-1986

• Ted A Meyer CPA 1986-1988

• Fellows, Ludwig & Meyer 1989-1992

• Ludwig & Meyer 1993-1997

• Meyer & Associates 1998 to present

Meyer & Associates currently employees eight full- and part-time staff. The firm operates primarily as a tax consulting firm, but we also provide year round accounting, auditing, and technology consulting as well.
     
The firm has found a unique niche in church and other not-for-profit tax consulting. We also have several labor union clients (for which we function as Third Party Administrator) and many individual professional clients.
     
Tax consultation is provided to many individuals as well as small businesses. Special emphasis is placed on business and estate taxation to protect the wealth of entrepreneurs.
