Quickbooks Services

We are once again pleased to announce that Julie Harman and Jan Vogelsang have become certified Quickbooks Pro Advisors.

We are currently supporting the following versions of Quickbooks:   2005 through 2009 and coming soon 2010.  We support all of the different types of Quickbooks, including Enterprise, Pro and Simple Start.

We offer the following packages for installation, training and set up options of this software.

Installation & Training:  Cost $4,000 TO $6,000

·         Install Quickbooks on company computer

·         Set up chart of accounts and enter beginning client data

·         Train company personnel

·         Monthly onsite visits for 1 year to

o    Install any QB upgrades

o    In - house review of financial data

o    Adjustments as needed to correct financial information


Training only option:
Cost $625

This option is for the company that has already purchased and installed Quickbooks.  We will provide 5 hours of on site training at a reduced hourly rate. 

Additional training option: Cost $160 per hour

Training will be provided as required by the client, on a per hour cost.  Training will be done on site.
